We present the fourth part of the OGLE Catalog of Periodic Variable Stars in the Galactic bulge. 631 variable stars: 59 pulsating, 348 eclipsing and 224 miscellaneous type were detected in three Baade's Window fields BW9, BW10 and BW11.
